If it is determined that Qwest is responsible for the problem and we are unable to resolve it within that time frame, you will receive a $20.00 credit on your next bill! Q: Are there any unique features that I need to know about?

A: With Qwest Choice TV, you have the ability to block or unblock specific channels. You will also be able to set Pay-Per-View spending limit within your household.

Q: Is satisfaction guaranteed?

Q: What information do you have about the Qwest Voice Messaging Indicator and On-Screen Caller ID?

A: If you subscribe to Qwest Voice Messaging, a "Message Waiting" icon will automatically appear in the corner of your TV screen when a caller has left a message on your voice mail. A light on your Digital Gateway box will also be activated whenever a telephone caller has left a message. With Qwest Choice TV and Qwest Voice Messaging, there is no need to pick up the telephone to see if you have messages.

Also, if you subscribe to Qwest Caller ID, you will see the name an d telephone number of the caller displayed on your TV screen. You can decide, without running over to the telephone, if you want to interrupt what you're watching to take the call.
