What's New: Our What's New page provides updates on recent changes to the Qwest Choice OnLine service. When new information is available, the What's New button on the home page will flash for the first 2 minutes you are on the page - to let you know an update is available. Home Page CUSTOMIZATION is enabled: If your home page display has changed recently you just need to reset the customization (Select "Customize" from drop down menu at upper left of home page). The customize option lets you select the content features that you would like displayed on your home page. If a feature you previously had is not present anymore (such as the multiple search engines) you just need to select it back through the customize option. You can select ANY or ALL of the following content services, and follow the directions on the page to submit and save the change:
What's On Choice TV, new provider: As part of our ongoing effort to bring you the best content, lickTV.com now provides Qwest Choice TV Listings when you click on "What's On Choice TV". ClickTV is an online, interactive source for TV listings and entertainment features brought to you by TVData, the leading supplier of television information in North America. Online HELP with Choice TV & OnLine services: Looking for information on how to use a certain feature of your Choice OnLine service? Now you have access to Frequently Asked Questions, How To's and Troubleshooting in our easy to use HELP section. The Frequently Asked Questions cover installation, Dial-up Services, E-Mail, Browser Issues, Services, Security, Changing your Service, and Speed and Technology Questions. The How To's will help you with e-mail issues, using the dial away service, passwords, setting up web space, etc. You may also be able to do some basic troubleshooting on your own using the new Troubleshooting section. If you need help with your Choice TV service, there is also a link to Choice TV HELP information. The MY ACCOUNT section will help you make basic account changes on your own. You will be able to add and delete e-mail accounts as well as change your user name and password. SELECT customers will also have access to information on moving your domain from another ISP and linking your domain name to your web site. Increased Data Capacity: Qwest has increased our bandwidth to the Internet by fourfold. What this means to you is that the Qwest VDSL network can offer your full data rate, even at peak times, to your home or office. AUP-Port Blocking: Qwest has relaxed our Acceptable Use Policy and Port Block filters on our network. The VDSL network will now offer the same level of service as Qwest DSL network.
